Lymph node?: This could be an inflamed lymph node. Do see your clinician and get it checked.

Need more info: This symptom could be a cyst, muscle swelling or large lymph node. In any event the symptom is serious enough for you to obtain a physical examination from your family physician to make an accurate evaluation.
