Symptoms: The treatment will depend on the diagnosis. It sounds like dad has atherosclerosis. The treatment is diet, exercise, cholesterol lowering and sometimes blood vessel dilators. The diabetes and hypertension need to be controlled. Without examining and investingating the patient, my suggestions can only be general ones.
