Cause of anemia?: The key to your answer is what is the cause of your anemia? Floradix is ferrous gluconate & is better tolerated than ferrous sulfate by some people. If you have iron deficiency anemia & serious/blood losing causes have been excluded, Floradix may be fine. B12 deficiency is another cause of anemia but needs evaluation to see if oral vs injection replacement is needed. Biotin is not for anemia.
