Random tingling in tongue? kinda like its numb.. it happens every now and then and usually its in the back of the tongue or the left side.. it happens for a few seconds and goes away. one time it last like 30-45 minutes what could this be?

Tumbness: The tongue is supplied by the 5th and 12th cranial nerves. The nerves come from the ear or atleast travel close to it. The area has muscles, stylohyoid, and structure like the parotid gland. Some type of process pressing on nerve could be a facor. Some type of ischemic issue such as TIA possible, but your are young for that.
