Chest pain: It is very unlikely that sunflower seeds are responsible for chest pain but you should certainly stop taking them' Anyone with chest pain every night needs to see a doctor as soon as possible. If there is a long wait time please go the the local Emergency Room.

Sweets: The simple answer is yes. Sweets are not really a healthy food, although in moderation they are ok to spice up life a little. Excess sugar tends to cause immediate damage to your teeth, raises your blood sugar, leads to more fat being deposited in your tissues, and predisposes you to get diabetes with all of its complications. It also raises your Insulin levels which makes your blood pressure wors.

How can I stop myself from eating too much I can't stop help what should I do I eat too much?

Slow down eating: The faster u eat, the more u can pack in at meal time..So, slow slow slow it down..Have some salads, soups, water, maybe little bread..Give sometime in between, then some more time before main course etc..This gives your brain time to get the signal from your stomach that you got food, thus decreasing hunger drive, lessening food intake... Consult doc for additional help..If needed... Good luck.

It depends: Too much food in general can lead to obesity and a host of problems from high blood pressure to diabetes to heart disease and arthritis. If that's not a problem, occasionally eating a lot of any one food is probably fine as long as you get a good variety of other foods most of the time.

IN THE SHORT RUN,: Undereating. In the long run, over eating. Both are bad for you either way.
