GERD: I don't believe it's your heart based on your age.There are a few reasons why this may happen.More commonly, it can be acid reflux.A less common explanation could be esophageal spasms.Do you eat very hot or cold foods?Either way, it's important you check this out w/ your doc to ensure it isn't your heart.If it isn't, you many need an endoscopy to get a better look at your esophagus & stomach.
