Dreams are complex: There is no agreed upon reason what causes a person to dream certain things. Sometimes dreams express wishes, Sometimes dreams are disguised. Other times dreams are related to traumatic events. If you choose to be in therapy, many therapists are interested in dreams and they can be helpful in therapy.
