Ever since my brain surgery 2 years ago i've felt like i'm somehow not real or like i'm dreaming and may or may not wake up one day. what can i do?

Different causes: The feeling you are having may be described as derealization. There can be many causes, one of which may be form of seizure (or seizure-like irritability). An eeg test can help to evaluate for that. Other causes might be disruption of brain circuits themselves, from your injury, or, in the realm of psychiatry. Some medications and types of therapy can be effective.
