Im on antibiotics for a uti since saturday..there is no more burning sensation when i pee. can i have sex or should i wait ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sex and UTI: You need not wait. Females may get a urinary tract infection (UTI) after sex as they have a short urethra allowing bacteria to enter the bladder during it. To prevent this, you need to urinate as soon as possible after having sex to prevent the bacteria from entering your bladder. You might want to try this to see if future UTI's can be prevented in the future and please finish your antibiotics.
