Bruising and itch: if anyone scratches hard enough you can elicit purpura , better known as brusining under the skin. the best thing for you to do would be to treat the itching and rash .patients that are increasingly prone to purpura are those on aspirin and blood thinners. but do not go off of these without your doctors consent
