Shoulder injury: If the pain hasn't resolved and supportive control aren't working, you need to seek medical care and perhaps an orthopedic consult to see what was injured.

Not quite severe, but very bad. The slider only lets you choose no pain or severe pain. It's my right upper back just left of my right shoulder blade. Feels like a cramp. Heat, Advil, and Tylenol haven't helped.
Sat down & a wave of a waterfall sensation down my spine. Couldnt stand nor walk. Fell to the ground unable to stand or walk. Took ibuprofen &using heating pad. Standing but bent to the side. I get stuck & can not move. Unbearable pain. What is this?
