Normal variant: Whatever you've heard, a "titled cervix" or "tilted uterus" is 100% normal. These are old myths. As for getting pregnant faster, the position and advice like "lie on your stomach" is also urban myth. having sex each cycle timed around ovulation is the fastest way to get pregnant without medical help.
