Many possibilities: There are many possible causes of these symptoms. For example, some women have some uterine prolapse after giving birth to several children. The uterus is a lot lower in the vagina so it moves around a lot more during intercourse. This causes cramping pain after sex. Other causes are things like a uterine infection, endometriosis, an ovarian cyst, etc. Best wishes!
