I had a d&c 3 months ago, and just found out i have a cut on my cervix (from the cervix opening to the left) will this prevent me to conceive again?

No, but..: Infertility is not a concern, however cervical incompetence and preterm birth or pregnancy loss are valid concerns with your reported history and findings. Please consult a maternal-fetal medicine doctor preconceptionally to determine if you need a prophylactic cervical cerclage or not. Vaginal Progesterone may be used instead of or in addition to a cerclage at your physician's discretion.
