Its my first pregnancy i am 8 weeks and 5 days pregnant. i have my first appointment the 14th in 6 days. i had spotting brown-pink when i wipe small dots on my underwear. not much pregnancy symptoms besides headache and cramps should i be worried?

"Spotting or bleeding" at "8 weeks 5 days" of pregnancy can indicate inadequate progesterone being made in the placenta. See your OB physician, who may prescribe oral progesterone to support the pregnancy.
