Interventional Pain: Have your PCM give you a consult to an Interventional Pain Physician who can offer you either sacral or spinal column stimulation. I would HIGHLY recommend you seek someone who specializes in pelvic pain as there are NOT that many who do. I do so, however, I'm in southern california these days (I used to be in the Tidewater Area). :(
