Yes: Shapes vary from one person to another. Health is more important than your description of correct shape is. Many people give themselves health problems trying to attain the "perfect" shape. Go for fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry and avoid large quantities of starch (bread, rice, pasta) and sugar. Let your body shape itself. Exercise.
