No risk of gonorrhea: Room-mate has hopefully been treated with antibiotics. Also hope that all room-mate's sexual contacts have been alerted & treated. Encourage this, if hasn't been done yet. You will not catch it from toilet seat or door handles. Throat infection only possible if U had oral sex with him. However, room-mate should always wash his hands after restroom use, as should you.
