Syphilis serology: test should certainly be repeated. Then consult with venereologist, gynecologist or infectious disease Dr. if positive. Fortunately prognosis after antibiotic treatment is excellent.

Everything is Normal or non-reactive on test results. Was on cipro and bactrim. Could cipro or bactrim have an effect on the test results for syphilis, herpes or hepatitis? Do either of the antibiotics treat any of those diseases?
