No: Five minutes of breast feeding is no likely supplying her with enough calories to sustain growth. Even if she's feeding every hour (unlikely), it still falls short. Plotting your baby's height and weight demonstrate poor weight gain, but she seems to be gaining height adequately. See needs to be assessed by her pediatrician for a full medical exam.

Nursing time: It is generally recommended that infants be encouraged to nurse 10 minutes on each breast to ensure appropriate nutrition and maintain lactation. Adequate weight gain is the best indicator of adequate intake. Infants should be weighed in the doctors office at least every 6-8 weeks.
