Upper arm bruise: How did you get the bruise? May be eczema or if it is vesicles like chickenpox may be shingles. Consider f/u at urgent care because for eczema can use topical steroids but would not use steroids for vesicles /shingles,would need acyclovir,so f/u with urgent care. Lysine 1500 mg a day x 5 may help for shingles are well.
