When i stand up from sitting, or bending while sitting, i get a charlie horse feeling in my ovary area, and i can hardley move, like a twisting cramp?

Pain: If the pain feels like its about an inch below your skin, its more likely to be a abdominal wall or inguinal neuritis. Try a heating pad over the area and if it takes the edge off its not your ovaries. Muscle spasm also possible. If its a neuritis a trigger point injection will help.
