Does dysautonomia typically present with all symptoms? for example, can it be normal at one moment, but not at another?

Depends: On type of Dysautonomia syndrome. Some people may have bouts of autonomic failure leading to fainting if standing in one place for an extended period ( as in while standing in line ). Others will be symptomatic most of the time.
