SVT is usually precipitated by atrial or AV nodal premature beats & I don't think that dysautonamia plays a role. The tachycardia seen in postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome is not an SVT & begins as an abnormal drop in BP on going from sitting to standing with dysautonamia affecting the BP primarily.
