Blood in the stool : Bloody stools are scary but very common. If the stools are big and hard then anal tearing maybe the cause. Give fluids, fiber until the stool is soft. If the stools are soft or diarrhea like then blood maybe from infection. A stool test is needed for this. Polyps and hemmeroids are also possibilities. Bad things are usually rare with bloody stools in children. See your doctor fir help
