Nail abnormality: If you have this condition since birth, this is considered as a congenital defect in the nail bed or a rare double nail presenting in your finger. Some people are born with double nail formation in their small toes. The dermatologist may able able to tell you more. As much as I know, you may have to live with it, as I am not aware of any medical solution for cure.

Not a Problem: Since it has been present since birth and there are no other symptoms.it will always remain split in the middle without any Problem
