Possibly: Maybe an ingredient or something else around you. You can try to get tested for food allergies although results may be inconclusive. Otherwise an antihistamine may help.Talk to your doctor.

It seems you are: If every time you eat chocolate you sneeze and cough,you are allergic to chocolate and really don't need any test to confirm that Treatment is also simple and that is Don't eat chocolates.You can surely live without Chocolate

Allergic reaction: Very likely and unfortunately. Have you tried taking over-the-counter antihistamines to reduce your symptoms? You may need to see an allergist for confirmatory testing and desensitization treatment, if you can't resist having chocolate in your life.

Maybe: Some people are allergic to cacao. However, usually with food allergies it is more mouth itching, bumps, rashes or stomach upset. Still possible though.
