Needs to be checked: It is very difficult to guess what is causing pain above his groin without getting more detailed history like exact location of pain,right or left side,how long the pain has been there,is it associated with nausea,vomiting or diarrhea,is there rise in temp He needs to be checked by his Pediatrician The pain in his under arm is probably not related to his above the groin pain and may be muscular
