Intertrigo: Can't see your pictures but most likely fungal infection from sweating or yeast. If scaly use lotrimin (clotrimazole) OTC If more red with satellite lesions more likely yeast and diaper rash medication like nystatin or desinex is helpful. Sometimes just a barrier like A and D ointment or vasoline is helpful and powder for sweating like Gold Bond or Baby Powder can be preventive.
