Ear Fullness: you may have an ear wax blockage or Eustachian tube dysfunction. A trip to your FP or ENT should be scheduled for evaluation and treatment.

Valsalva helps: This is dysfunction of eustacean tube that equalizes pressure between outside and inside of ear drum. Can try yawning, moving jaw back and forth, swallowing, chewing gum, massaging from back of ear forward down jaw/throat, or gently blowing out with nose pinched. Decongestants and nasal sprays are sometimes helpful. If severe or longlasting prednisone is sometimes used.
