Healthy Diet & Exerc: You want to be careful to eat a diet filled with vegetables, fruits, some fish and poultry, but not loaded with starch as in large amounts of rice, noodles, bread and sweets. Do not give yourself sugar diabetes problems. Add reasonable exercise that does not hurt your body. Your body will find a healthy shape, but it may not be up to your description. Surrender to nature (or Spirit, or whatever..)
