Chest pain: To treat chest pain you have to have a pretty good idea of the cause. With what you provided, there's no indication of what might be going on. The commonest cause is musculoskeletal but there are no clues in your note. Likewise the pain meds and dose thereof you've tried aren't listed so that doesn't help much.

CP: I guess a doctor already told you it is not cardiac. If that is the case knowing what exactly is causing the pain is important. if it is musculoskeletal simple thing as NSAIDS could do the job, maybe particular exercises. More information is needed in order to give you an effective efficient recommendation
