A member asked:

I've always been of the belief that if chest pain changes or reduces from movement it isn't cardiac related. is this right?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not always: While chest pain that reduces with activity is lesser likely to be due to coronary disease, a "change" in the pain is not an indication that the pain is not coming from the heart.
