Dull pain in left hip for 2 days no other symptoms, what could it be. 31yrs old whole left leg feels slightly sore on and off does not hurt to walk?

Sciatica ?: 37 yo women w. 2 days "hip" & ipsilateral leg "soreness". Not incited by walking, which tends to rule out acute joint problem. Sciatica might be explanatory, & is a pain pattern that can be aroused by various conditions. Trochanteric bursitis also a consideration. If fever or leg weakness then urgency for evaluation.
