Sciatica ?: 37 yo women w. 2 days "hip" & ipsilateral leg "soreness". Not incited by walking, which tends to rule out acute joint problem. Sciatica might be explanatory, & is a pain pattern that can be aroused by various conditions. Trochanteric bursitis also a consideration. If fever or leg weakness then urgency for evaluation. Pyriformis & Hypermobility Syndromes come to mind. See Osteopath for diagnosis.
