I ran into a wall. my nose has been sore and numb all day the next day. i don't notice any swelling, but it hurts bad, why is it numb and tingly?

Nerve injury: blows to the nsal area can affect some of the superficial nerves in the area. It should resolve in a few days. There could also be some contusion to the nsal cartilage or nasal bones. That too should resolve in a short time. Try ice, alleve for temporary relief.
