I am taking 24 hr zerteck , 12hr sudafed at night. is is ok to take 5 mg of ambien (zolpidem) if i cannot sleep?

Stop the sudafed: First stop the Sudafed and see if you sleep better.Give it a few days. It is best to avoid those things that cause sleep disturbance rather than to take sleep medications.
