Meclizine: Meclizine may cause mild drowsiness. If it doesn't affect you significantly that way, you should be able to take a partial dose of Ambien (zolpidem) with no adverse effects.

Sleepless: Try going to bed at the same time every night. Turn off your electronic devices and stop texting an hour before bedtime. Listen to relaxing music an take a warm bath.
