Many CAUSES: Headache can be caused by many different condition from an occasional headache to Migrain or Cluster headache to headache due to cause in the brain to systemic disease and high blood pressure,eye problems It seems your headache fits like an occasional benign headache Take some over the counter med like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen If it does not get better or keeps reoccurring than consult your doctor

Headache: Could be different reasons. Best to see your doctoe especially if its worse headache of your life. Better ASAP! Best would be to go to ER.
