Not exactly...you: have to know the size of the hive to the "saline water" control and the histamine control. We aslo take into account the type of reaction the baby had, and usually we do an ImmunoCap test .,,,and take all of this info together in helping to decide how "severe" the allergy is.....see: www.foodallergy.org Good luck
