I have 2 anechoic cysts measuring 5.7x4.9x5.3 & 2.7x2.7x2.5 cm & a dermoid cyst measuring 1.6x1.8x2.2 cm in my right ovary. what should i do?

Ask your Gynecologis: Your gynecologist should explain to you what you have and what it means. Most ovarian cysts are benign, yet Cancer of the Ovary often starts as a cystic mass. The only way to tell is to monitor them and look for any changes in the size/appearance of any solid masses in the cyst. You should be alert and be under close monitoring(examinations and Ultrasound) with help from one or more gynecologist/s
