ER-NOW: involuntary body jerking with vomiting which is is worrisome and dangerous, suggesting possible seizure or electrolyte issues- go to the ER now.

Jerking: Sounds like you are having possible dystonic reaction. Medication is a atypical antipsychotic with seratonin reuptake inhibitor. I think it would be wise to talk to your doctor who prescribed this medication.
