No established: equivalent dose. Prescriber will know your circumstances and rationally guide switch observing for response and side effects. Olanzapine should be tapered off over a period of 3-4 wks due to risk of withdrawal symptoms. Risperidone can be started week 1 of Olanzapine taper and titrated to target in 1 week.
