Stomach pain: the steroids can cause gastritis, especially if he/she takes it on ampty stomach. The bumps: it is hard to tell. It probably needs to be seen to identify it.

Skin infection: it they hurt, need to be checked out to make sure they are not small abscesses. Stomach pain may due to ongoing cough or stomach upset due to steroids. Follow up with pediatrician is needed
