Needs to be seen: Rashes are hard to diagnose without being seen. For now you can give Benadryl (diphenhydramine) orally to help with the itching. Oatmeal baths may help as well. Infections, allergic reactions, infestations, and other skin conditions can causes itchy red bumps.
