Dysmenorrhea: Have you seen a gynecologist about the possibility of endometriosis? It can be extremely painful. Does "tried everything" include expert exam and help with pelvic exam, cultures....? I'm assuming oral contraceptives have been tried if you don't wish to become pregnant. Is that true?. First see an OB-Gyn for a pelvic exam and rule out any infections. 2 naproxen with food if no pregnancy can help.

Irregular/ Painful: Menses. I don't know if you have seen your FP or GYN concerning this, but you needn't live like this never knowing when your period is going to come. You don't have to have all this pain either. You have several options that can help ranging from Birth Control Pills, Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD to Endometrial Ablation. Make an appointment to be seen.
