Go See Rheumy: And by Rheumy, I mean your rheumatologist. Positive ANA as my wife commonly states (rheumatologist) is not diagnostic of anything and can be positive in a variety of conditions. Honestly your rheumatologist is the best person to interpret a flareup vs. other.
