BP always changes: If you take your BP 10 times in a day you will probably get 10 different readings. BP can change 20 points or more within a minute. Never get too excited about a single reading. Normal is 90-140/60-89. Your blood pressures are normal but the 90 is borderline high. If diastolic is consistently 90 or higher take steps to lower, starting with diet, exercise & relaxation techniques like meditation.
