Need diagnosis: Yellow foul smelling discharge sounds like bacterial vaginosis. Proper testing will be needed by an Obgyn but this is the most likely cause. Antibiotics can be used to clear the infection

Ablation: i would be concerned about an infection. The tissues should have healed months ago. You need to be seen and evaluated.

Have discharge exam: First of all, have a MD examine and check the vaginal discharge to be sure it is NOT an infection which can be treated. The odor in the discharge indicates a possible infection. If no infection, then endometrial ablations still have a percentage of patient's post surgery that continue to emit blood or discharge due to residual endometrial tissue.
