Yesterday i stopped breathing & after it was hard for me to take deep breaths all day now between my chest n ribs are extremely sore ?

Need more details: especially when you stopped breathing. Did you go into cardiopulmonary arrest? Did you need CPR to start breathing again? If you had chest compressions, you will definitely feel sore on your chest and rib area.
