Hormone changes: Hormone fluctuations can occur normally with age. Testing specific female hormones is not very accurate due to normal changes of levels daily. Pelvic pain can have many possible causes including ovarian cysts, bowel or bladder infections or issues, muscle or nerve pain, back pathology. An evaluation and exam by an obgyn is a good place to start for both issues
